What these terms cover

The use of this website and the online purchase of Egadi Boats tours. For bookings, payments, cancellations and weather, the booking and cancellation conditions also apply. The contract is made in Italian or English, in the language of the site you use; the version of these terms in force on the day you book applies.

The service

We run skippered boat and RIB trips to the Egadi Islands, shared or private, with the services listed on each tour page. Photos and descriptions are accurate but indicative: stops, times and route may change with sea and wind.

On board

• The skipper is in command: always follow their instructions on safety, swimming and navigation.
• We may refuse boarding, or ask someone to leave at the first convenient stop, if they put their own or others’ safety at risk (for example through alcohol or dangerous behaviour), without a refund.
• Swimming and snorkelling are only allowed at the stops the skipper indicates, and within your own abilities. Children must always be supervised by their parents or the adults with them.
• Tell us before departure about allergies, intolerances, pregnancy or any health condition the skipper should know about.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings; we are not liable for items lost or damaged, unless through our fault.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our fault within the limits set by law. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, orders from the authorities or other causes beyond our control: in those cases the booking conditions apply (another date or a refund).

Complaints

If anything goes wrong, write to info@egadiboats.it or to our certified email egadiboats@pec.it: we reply within 15 days.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, disputes are heard by the court where you live, and you may also use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. In all other cases the courts of Trapani have jurisdiction.
